BRIEF
To raise awareness of underrepresented roles available in the NHS to inspire school leavers to consider a career in the NHS in celebration of NHS 75 campaign
APPROACH
NHS X CROCS
I proposed a creative partnership between Crocs and the NHS, leveraging the existing connection between Crocs and healthcare professionals discovered through field research. 
I created a poster emphasising healthcare professions as impactful roles, aligning with the campaign theme "Create Your Impact" from the NHS 75 brief. 
Additionally, I designed an NHS section on the Crocs website, featuring prominently in the "Crocs at Work" section during the campaign period.
NHS X TATE
I proposed a creative partnership between NHS and Tate, targeting the 16-24 age group who frequents the Tate as a social venue. 
I designed a photographic exhibition mockup focusing on healthcare professions, featuring job role descriptions and links to explore NHS careers. The campaign was named "Create Your Impact" to support this initiative.
NHS X TIK TOK
I proposed creating a TikTok video following the popular "if they were" trend, using the instrumental audio of 'Run Boy Run' by Woodkid. 
In this concept, we would describe NHS psychological professions using adjectives and visuals in the same editing style as the trend. 
TikTok was chosen as it's popular among our target audience (16-24-year-olds), and video popularity relies on trend participation rather than follower count. 
Additionally, establishing a presence on TikTok could help the NHS appeal to its target demographic effectively.
